Common problems
The work is good. The path to it should be too.
Sixlane starts with the practical gap between how your business works and what customers experience.
- 01No website when someone looks you up.
- 02An old site that no longer reflects the business.
- 03A website that makes a useful enquiry difficult.
- 04Enquiries copied by hand between inboxes and spreadsheets.
- 05Repetitive admin, with no clear or safe use for AI.

Useful answers
Before you choose a package.
Clear boundaries keep a fixed-price project predictable.
How quickly can a website be launched?
The Launch package targets five business days after the deposit and approved content. The Business package targets seven to ten business days. Timing depends on receiving the agreed material and feedback.
What must the customer provide?
For Launch, you supply approved facts, text and photographs. The Business package includes a 45-minute content interview and Sixlane drafts the copy for review.
Who owns the website and domain?
Your domain and project accounts stay in your control. Handover details are provided at launch, with no requirement to keep using Sixlane.
Are hosting and domain fees included?
No. Any registrar, hosting or third-party service costs are identified separately before they are needed.
What counts as a revision?
One revision round means one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope.
What happens when work falls outside package scope?
The extra work is described and priced for your approval before it starts. A fixed-price package does not become open-ended work.
